FREDERIC MALLE was born into the world of perfume. His grandfather, Serge Heftler, was the founder of Dior Parfums. In 2000 he started his own label, the Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle, and he invites the best contemporary perfumers to compose scents. Now, Frederic Malle and designer Pierre Hardy have collaborated on a limited edition of Travel Spray Cases for Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle. Designed to hold a 10ml vial, the series is currently available in a variety of hand-painted colours at Colette in Paris (www.colette.fr), and in the US this month at the Frederic Malle New York Boutique, Barneys New York and Beverly Hills from this month.
