The Idea Flight app by Condé Nast Digital makes presentations more iPad-friendly.

One person (the Pilot) can control the screens of multiple iPads via the app and a wireless connection through Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. The audience (Passengers) will then be able to view and experience an engaging presentation via an iPad and/or with a traditional whiteboard presentation.

As a pilot you can share ideas without granting permanent access to your presentation; email presentation invitations; and display your presentation on an external monitor and simultaneously on up to 16 iPads. Passsengers can participate in any Idea Flight presentation and scroll through the screens to review topics when Idea Flight is unlocked.
