Sheraton Hotels & Resorts has introduced a new online experience for guests, designed by Microsoft search engine Bing. The Sheraton Guest Portal helps guests find information about their local destination and navigate their stay, and will be featured in hi-tech lobbies known as Link@Sheraton Experienced With Microsoft. The specialised portals will also be available via in-room web access.
The Link’s lobby lounge offers guests access to information and technology, along with free WiFi and internet-enabled computer stations, televisions and daily newspapers. The virtual concierge-style portal provides guests with tailored online experiences specific to their location, updated local information, maps, search results for restaurants, attractions, special events and services.
